This Privacy Policy explains how CyberZen Labs™ LLC ("CyberZen Labs", "we", "us") handles information collected through cyberzenai.com, our forms and our partner, subcontractor and vendor portals.

We collect information you give us directly and limited technical information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as pages viewed, referring page, campaign parameters, browser type and approximate device information.

When you fill in a form, create a portal account or email us, we receive what you choose to share — for example your name, work email, phone number, company, role and the details of your request.
3. Contact-form submissions
Contact and "Start a Conversation" requests include your name, email, company and message, and may include a preferred meeting time. We use them to reply and schedule a conversation.
4. Free AI Audit submissions
Audit requests include your contact details, company, budget range, timeline and a description of your business problem. We use them to schedule and prepare your audit.
5. Partner inquiries
Partner applications include company details, contacts, capabilities and partnership interests. We use them to evaluate the application and, if approved, set up Partner Portal access.
6. Subcontractor inquiries
Subcontractor applications include contact details, skills, certifications, availability and related professional information used to evaluate fit for our delivery bench.
7. Vendor inquiries
Vendor registrations include company, contact and offering details used to evaluate and onboard suppliers.
8. How we use information
To respond to requests, deliver and improve our services, evaluate applications, operate portal accounts, process payments, send service-related messages, understand how the site is used, and protect our site and users. We do not sell your personal information.
9. How information is stored and processed
Information is stored in our cloud-hosted application database and processed by the service providers listed below on our behalf. Access within CyberZen Labs is limited to people who need it for the purposes above.

We use third parties to operate the site, including cloud hosting and database services, payment processing (Stripe) for purchases and subscriptions, email delivery, and AI services that power features such as our FAQ assistant and form autofill. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.
