CyberZen Labs provides AI agency, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and related consulting and product services. Specific deliverables, scope, and pricing are defined in separately executed agreements or statements of work.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Our services may interoperate with third-party platforms. CyberZen Labs is not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberZen Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to CyberZen Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
